Ah, it's good to be back. Christmas was superb - plenty of turkey has been consumed, as well as a shocking amount of gravy - the Old Men's game was played and drawn, and now it is back to what we all know best: indoor football.
Not only did today mark the return of all to post-Christmas indoor, it also marked the return of Jonny "Waster" Martin to the field of concrete for regular play. After having been away from the glorious game for weeks, this Slayer was ready and willing to slay once more.
The opening moments of the game were heralded by the one and the only Hugh "Action" Wallace. He is quoted as saying, "We're gonna tounce these clowns. Seriously! If I'm on form, nothing can stop me."
